Exchange Policy
At Maison M Wear, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, you can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that sale or clearance items, as well as certain non-exchangeable categories such as innerwear or personalized products, cannot be exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. To initiate an exchange, simply Contact Us with your order details, and our team will guide you through the process. Once approved, you may ship the item back to us, and after inspection, we will process your exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, in which case Maison M Wear will cover the charges. You may choose to exchange your item for the same product in a different size, or select another product of equal or higher value (with any price difference applied). If you receive a damaged or defective product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Return & Refund Policy
Maison M Wear strives to ensure every purchase meets your expectations.
